Can I get a refund for DUOTAP?
No refunds for videos delivered as described if you change your mind, want new photos or a redo. Obvious quality problems can be fixed.

Each DUOTAP order is one video, paid once. There is no subscription.
- No refund: the video was delivered as described, but you changed your mind, want different photos or a redo
- Contact us for a fix: obvious image quality problems
To be upfront: lip sync may not match the original song. That's a current limitation, not a quality problem. For a fix, email us with your order email and a screenshot of the issue.
