Project services show starting prices. Your quote lists the agreed scope. Monthly support covers the listed hours at the stated monthly fee; work beyond that scope is quoted separately. Prices exclude tax.
Payment: 50% upfront to start, 50% before final files are delivered. Proofing, printing, photography, font licences and trademark registration aren’t included; we can connect you with people who do them.

A written quote within one working day, then a contract.
Pay 50% to start. You get a clear timeline.
The number of directions and rounds in the quote. Every round of feedback is written down.
Pay the balance, get the source files and usage notes. Copyright transfers to you.
Extra work is $60/hour. We tell you roughly how many hours first and only start once you agree.
Yes. Halving the normal timeline costs 30% extra. Ask about availability first; if we can’t fit it in, we’ll say so.
Once the balance is paid, copyright in the final design transfers to you. Unchosen directions don’t transfer, and we won’t sell them to anyone else.
By default it goes into our portfolio after your product launches. Projects under NDA are never shown, and client logos only appear with permission.
Yes. Everything is remote, in English or Chinese. Payment method is agreed in the contract.
We don’t do long-form illustration or animation. We can introduce printers, but you pay them directly.
